Starts with a 20 minute IQ test, what ???
Then proceed with simple QA session with a manager and an engineer. The Manager probably had no idea what answers are and looked at his notes, The engineer has little time left to ask meaningful questions.
No programming, design, code debugging etc.
The vacancy itself has been listed for a looong time, looks like a ghost posting.
