I was interviewed twice within a 7 month timeframe. Offered the position the salary was not comparable to other offers. I declined and was then told it wasn't an actual offer we were merely discussing the salary. Well the fact that the hiring manager called me multiple times and nearly begged me to meet with him then called an hour after our meeting offering me the job sure seemed like a offer for employment. Very unprofessional but if you want low pay with a great title. Go for it.
