I was asked about experience and accomplishments along with the interview questions one would expect, e.g. examples of challenges and how I approached solving the issue. There was time for me to ask probing questions about the company's culture and what the success criteria were for the role. As with all interviews, candidates should arrive prepared with knowledge of the company and be able to articulate what he or she can bring to the table to drive success. My experience is that the teams are interested in finding strong team players. Interviews are not conducted in a combative style.
