I had worked in banking prior and they wanted to know why I wanted to make the transition into Oil & Gas.

I explained that banking culture undervalued their employees and treated them like numbers on a balance sheet while oil and gas treated their employees with respect and tended to create career paths that were beneficial to the company and their personal interest.
