Just to add some more flesh to what I answered. If you have to get a practical example of what group work mean you must pick on a team either football or volleyball. In a team there is a team captain, then team mates with different specialization. This brings about the spirit of distribution of labour. Any team can not win if team player are not in one accord. The word " TEAM" summarizes how we need to work in a group. T - stands for together. Having in mind that it calls for unity of purpose. E- stands for each. As an individual prayer you must realise that you have a role to play in that team or group. A - stands for achieve. This defines the purpose of a team into existence. Its to achieve or bear positive fruits. M - stands for more. The fruits that are achieved should be seen to increase each season. Therefore I can conclude by saying in a group where there is true companionship , there is unity and where there is unity of purpose, there is hard working, and where there is hard working there is development or progress. 1. There must be true companionship 2. There must be unity of purpose 3. There must hard working 4. Desire to develop.

In a group the other important thing to be considered is to have respect for each other. Where there is no respect is very difficult to achieve your goal no matter how well knowledgeable you might be or equipped you are. This creates disunity and concussion.
