How do you validate your design?

I validate my design making users use it. If the hypothesis created to make people's lives better and by consequence make them use the product more than we achieved the goal. Using A/B testing to make small experiments is a great way to validate if the hypothesis is better than the existing one.

The key in these questions is to cover the fundamentals, and be ready for the back-and-forth with the interviewer.
