In a nutshell every design project I try to answer the questions before start thinking of solutions. The questions are Why are we building it? Who are we building it for? What are we building? How can we measure the success of this? I start with Why. Many of the answers are already within the mission statement and the goal of every project or problem to be solved. Framing the problem, understanding the audience and their context gives me a lot of understanding to start the ideation. With this in hand, I can start to purpose some solutions and prioritizing them. Only after mitigating the priority, I start to sketch ideas to involve stakeholders. After some validations, it's time to focus on the interactions and the visual design. With the first draft, it's time to find how can we measure the success of this project.
