It's more about how you will fit with the "culture" then if you can do the job. It was a multi-step process that took most of my day. First was a group orientation type thing. Then a group game setting with play acting and team work tests. Then a sit down with a supervisor for the department you actually applied to.

Once at the actual interview with a supervisor for the department I was applying too, the questions were very standard. "Why do you want to work here" "What was a difficult situation you encountered at a previous job and how did you over come it."
