Just feedback for the company: it seems like the cultural fit interviews (which are great) end up being selected based on the interviewers personal preferences. The interviewer was fairly young, and although they were kind, they seemed to show personal preferences in the process. while cultural fit is great, I would suggest adding a bit more rigor to your interviews.
