Recruiter reached out to me with the job description and the appropriate person to pass my resume onto. After I sent in my resume, I received an email a day later asking my availability for a 30 minute phone screen. During this phone screen the interviewer was looking at a different job description than what I was sent, and so the interview was not fruitful due to miscommunication in the early stages of the interview process.
