I applied online. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies
Interview
Face to face interview. Test and presentation. Last stage is a second face to face interview. Salary range is not advertised on website. This is because salary is capped and also often lower than industry standard. Average salary for analyst is £40k according to average by Indeed or Reed, etc. Here it is much lower as the max despite Estee Lauder group being a billionaire dollar company ( which owns La Mer, Clinique, Aveda and Bobbi Brown, etc. ) which has invested alot of money in an expensive fancy hotel like head office in central London. Company needs to offer more competitive salaries and benefits. Would be preferable if recruitment stages could be combined into a single day.

I applied online. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Singapore) in Nov 2025
Interview
There are 3 rounds: one with HR, one with Hiring Manager, final one with Hiring Manager's superior.
The interview with HR was terrible although her title is HR Manager. She was like just called candidates to fulfill her KPI for the day. The interview with HR was online and she kept yawning, playing phone and didn't focus on the answers of candidate at all. She just asked 3 questions for fun and closed the call within 15 minutes.

Question 1
que se de estee lauder? por que quiero incorporarme?
Hiring managers reached out to me for an interview to which I agreed. It felt like a waste of time as they simply bombarded me with questions that were not relevant to the position I was applying for. One manager asked me why I was so interested in working with them, which I found comical as I did not even apply.
