CÉ LA VI interview questions

I had two interviews for the Bangkok position. Maybe less than usual as I was already familiar with part of the senior management. The interview was with the MD and Operations Director and it was at a casual restaurant near the venue. This was pre-opening so easier to do offsite. Good people asking relevant questions and also a get to know me phase as I had not met the MD before. We clicked well and so I was hired shortly after that.
