I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
it was really professional and the people were so nice, I learnt so much during this whole process, it truly doesn't compare to anything I've ever been interviewed for, also everyone dresses nicely so make sure you go to your interview well presented
There was one screening interview with an HR representative, and then one interview with a hiring manager. Neither one was more than 30 minutes. The HR representative called to offer the job.
Application process was pretty simple. First stage was the application, then you had a video task. Then a final interview. Advice would be to really research the company e.g recent news and understand the company values.
