Demonstrate honesty and transparency. Tell them your age, but reinforce the fact that age is just a number. Focus on not only your accomplishments but what you can do to help them complete treatment goals and objectives to ultimately get them out of their life, and to never see them again in such circumstance. Because that's what everyone wants.
