Setting up the details with HR was smooth and easy. I applied online and was told by HR that there was a position better suited to my skills that would be available in the next few months. I was able to wait for that opportunity and started the process approx 3 months after my initial application. The interview was very low pressure, typical questions about what is on your resume and cover letter. Everyone was very pleasant helpful when I entered the office and was trying to find my way.
