I suppose the position is Istanbul as advertised but company plan to move whole manufacturing and related engineering department to the an another city in Turkey. Actually this situation is not informed in job ads. but I can get it, it can be a commertial matter. Before beginning all the procurement process, the have kindly asked for relocation to another city after a while. But I could not. Maybe next time.
