Interview
The interview process was well-structured and thoughtfully executed. It began with a conversation with a senior member of the talent acquisition team, who was incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout the process. They provided helpful insights into the company culture and set a positive tone from the start.
Subsequent interviews included discussions with members of the audit team and senior leadership, including a final in-person round with cross-functional management who had relevant experience in auditing. The questions were challenging but fair, and clearly designed to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
Overall, the experience was rigorous but rewarding. The interviewers were well-prepared and genuinely interested in finding the right candidate, which made the process feel purposeful and engaging.

Question 1
There were not many questions asked, considering I only had 30 minutes to speak with the hiring manager, and it was apparent that their passion and energy for the position and the company were nowhere near those of the recruiter.
