A One Advisory interview question

A-One Advisory was aware that I come from a field sales and HRTech SaaS background, yet they kept insisting that I appear for the interview. The role, however, belongs to a completely different industry that requires expertise in portfolio management, finance, and investment-related sales — which doesn’t align with my core experience.
