Wow, I can't really remember exactly. I had so many phone interviews and I think each one was different, kind of tailored to the position I was going for at the time. Phone interviews were not that bad though, overall. Basically what was my comfort level with Word and Excel, did I graduate college, describe a day at my current position. Do you have any questions about the position, things like that. Good luck!

Have you asked for a feedback session from HMM? Kohler places a heavy emphasis on the assessment results. This should shed some light as to why (or at least part of why) you were not selected.
