Interview processed with HR from tokyo based as this role is to find someone who can speak Japanese natively. HR was very nice and well-informed. However, before the interview, HR did not ask for CV. And connected to me during that 1st interview. I think its better to ask for CV and inform well before that this position needs Japanese speaking. Only be informed that they are recruiting a role for either base in bkk or tokyo. By not informing or checking cv before interview, can easily disappoint the applicant if the qualifications are not matched
