Is there an ethical limit to how much wealth one individual should be allowed to accumulate, even if it was earned legally and through innovation?
I had two interviews this week and one screening call but I still don't feel confident that i will reach the next round. I have 20 years experience working with infrastructure (physical hardware) but have a AWS cloud practitioner Certification. The jobs seem more based on Workflow, process, new technologies. Yes, I can do those things but i fear my experience in those areas are not as prominent than another person. I feel stuck in a place I want to transition out of. How do i break out?
I’m realizing that my coworkers who are being hired externally are making so much more money. I’m now thinking what’s the benefit at staying g at a company and rising the ranks?
I just received a job offer that is a massive step up in title and salary, but the online reviews for the team’s culture are absolutely terrifying. Half the Glassdoor reviews mention high turnover and a toxic leadership style, while the interviewers themselves seemed incredibly stressed out during our calls. The extra $30k a year would change my financial life. Would you take a risk on a known toxic environment?
My team just spent a ton of time interviewing for a software engineering position and right before we put an offer out the headcount got axed. Super frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time that we all dedicated to the process. Anyone else deal with something like this? Honestly I'm pretty annoyed and wish they just never opened the position up from the start
Use levels.fyi to get an idea of salary range for your experience level. Collect available data you can find from sources like Glassdoor and other places that survey salaries. You can ask what the salary range is for the position and use the data you've collected to form a reasonably clear idea of what you'd like.
thank you sir for your response...actually i asked because they asked figure in application form itself and glassdoor and ambitionbox values had differences...anyways thanks again
Bro I think you can ask for 15ctc
