I’ve completed my L1 round at Persistent. I received an email saying “thank you for interviewing with us, we will get in touch with you shortly,” and the portal shows “selection.” However, I haven’t heard from HR yet. It’s been a week since the interview—should I wait or move on?

Has anyone recently joined Wells Fargo through Persistent Systems for a .NET role without attending a client interview? Persistent says the onboarding will be directly with the client. Has this happened to anyone else?
