Hi , my application started 18th of may then I cleared l1 and l2 rounds ( and l2 round was with head of coe for my domain), then my status in ripplehire changed to CLIENT ,which wasnt informed earlier, but since then its been silence from their side, even when I try to sms the Talent Acquistion mam to know about updates ,who was very responsive till then started ghosting. I have 90 days notice period at current company , Could this be the reason for this lag and will I get offer letter at all?

Hello Fishes LTIMindtree, I was absorbed into EY account in March. My project was in proposal phase for 2 months. However, during the last week of May, the client informed that we are not proceeding with the project. There is another project in proposal phase for the same account. My manager is not sure who will be working on the project. Today (1st of July) I received mail regarding unbilled ageing status stating that I am a part of bench starting today. What do I do now? Please help.

So LTI MINDTREE has marked my bgv as red because in 2019 I was paid for my last 19 days of employmeny in cash by my employer and I couldn't produce bank statement for it. I have shown 15 months bank statement and my pf history but due to this 19 days my BGV is red. Hr asked me to get justification of employment from my employer and I have given that as well. What are the chances of my BGV going

Ask for P5 and above roles, you will be given p4 mostly. You can ask for 40 percent hike 😉
