Any idea how much % hike is given to P4 who has key contributor on promotion?
Hey fishes! My current CTC is 17.5 LPA (Data Engineer , ~7 YoE). I had joined Capgemini in July 2025, but the work culture of client is pretty toxic, which is why I started applying for interviews. I got an offer from LTI Mindtree, but they gave me 8% hike citing 2 reasons: 1. Did not complete atleast 1 year in CapG 2. 90 days NP It feels insulting to out down my papers over this meagre hike. Should I put down my papers in pursuit of better offers? Or try after completion of 1 year at CapG?

Can anyone currently working in this project/company share how the work culture, work-life balance and hike cycle are? Also, how is job stability in this project?β

Not sure how overall u seeing iit. If u see it like in actual amount like annual var is 1 lakh how much paid this year u can think that way. . U getting 1 lakh 13 thousand or 1 lakh 22 thousand then well good. Then tax deduction. Can someone confirm how much your var and how u paid in letter even without tax. Fine
