Hey all... How much can I expect from LTC for 6 yoe? Is total compensation of 60 a realistic ask? Current CTC is 45 LPA.. Role: SRE, Platform, DevOps.
10+ YOE AI Engineer choosing between Lloyds (Senior AI, 51L fixed + ~5% variable) and Optum SG28 (54L fixed+20% RRP, PF on top of fixed; Lloyds includes PF in fixed).Optum is financially stronger, so I’m assessing Lloyds primarily on engineering quality,growth,and stability.For current Lloyds engineers:Does the team own AI/Data platforms and architecture,Is the work production-focused and technically challenging? What’s the reality of WLB, growth to Staff/Principal roles, & stability?
Interviewed at Lloyds Technology Centre on May 20 (L1, L2, Behavioral). Received a verbal offer of a 30% hike, followed by a selection email on June 11. I immediately submitted all requested documents. Since then, communication has stalled. HR mentioned returning to work on June 23, but there has been no update or official offer letter since. Is this common or should I try for another company
Did anyone who attended the Lloyds walk-in interview for the AI Engineering role on 7 June 2026 receive any update after the behavioral round? The HR team verbally mentioned that I would receive an email on Monday requesting documents, but I haven’t heard back yet. Just wanted to check if anyone else has received any communication or is still waiting.
