Citi vs. Fidelity Investments (Chennai): Which one should I pick? I've got offers from both Citi and Fidelity Investments in Chennai for a Software Engineer role (2.5 YOE, Java/Spring Boot / Angular). Both are offering 18 LPA, though Fidelity initially offered 15 LPA but matched Citi's offer. If you've worked at either of these companies (especially in Chennai) or switched between them, I'd love to hear your honest opinions! Which would you choose and why?

I have joined another company on 1st septemer but capg credited the salary till 18th sept and put the lwd as 18th on my EPFO account now after 3 years I got layed of from this company and facing a problem in joining a new one.

HR confirmed positive feedback, no red flags — purely a compensation approval loop. Last update was June 8th, nothing since. Need to plan notice period and relocation but completely in the dark. Has anyone navigated this at an MNC? Does finance cancel or counter-offer at this stage?
