Need to make a decision between EY GDS and EXL by this weekend. Compensation is nearly identical, so I'm focusing more on the work and long-term growth. From what I've gathered, EY has the advantage of brand name and larger clients, while EXL seems to offer better flexibility and remote work. Im getting an offer from exl and the notice period mentioned is 60 days only, why does everyone keep saying that it is 90 days?

Hi Fishes, I am leaving EXL and I would want to know how was the FFS experience Especially how is Leave Encashment Calculated….is it on Gross or Basic Pay? And as per the labour law FFS should be received in next 2 working days and we still get the email that it will be settled in 45-60 Days Please comment if you have any idea
