Does Accenture do H1B transfers in US?
“There’s a special place where consultants go when they die and it’s below hell” - Kevin O’Leary
What net worth would you need to feel comfortable walking away from corporate for good
Didn’t get promoted and thinking of leaving Deloitte for the next level at Guidehouse. It’s a title bump so I would get a raise, but I’m trying to weigh the opportunity cost of going to a “lower tier” firm known for more niche services. Has anyone else been in this situation and what did you choose? Would this limit my exit opps?
Would you take a pay cut from $205K base to $180K base to go fully remote + can live wherever (from 2 days in office in NYC).
How do you respond when at Partner starts yelling at you/your team? How do you respond?
Only during hiring campaigns - usually a certain time window for some certain practices
In general no. Less about frequency and more about which areas
If you already work for Accenture in another country and you transfer with them - then it’s L1 visa you need. H1B would be required if you are joining them for the first time and you don’t have permanent residence status.
I am in the US and on H1B - so wanted to understand if they transfer H1B while the person is in the US working for another employer
