HR is so useless
My parents and siblings are all naturalized citizens. I refused to give up my birth country citizenship to become a u.s citizen. They have been egging me for forever now. We immigrated here when I was 4 years old. All my siblings became citizens at 18. I said no. I hope to return back to my birth country soon. I hate the USA. Im 34 with about $1.4M saved. Maybe 3 more years of working. I can live like a queen back home with $2M until death. Thanks for reading.
Any reason why there seem to be soooo many eligible single women and not very many eligible single men?
Need some advice, can’t tell if it’s just me or it’s universal (background-been married for 7 years, have one child) -my wife perpetually complains -she asks me the most trivial questions which she can answer It frustrates me to be surrounded by negativity and by triviality. Like I have my own stuff going on. I want to be supportive but is it just me or is this in every relationships
Struggling with wedding planning with my fiancé. We’re looking at dates and she refuses to consider any dates in the summer as they’re too hot (this limits us to spring and fall as she also doesn’t want a winter wedding). Her brother is going to the 2027 rugby World Cup in Australia for the month of October, so she’s pushing hard for either September or April. My birthday is in April and falls on a Saturday, and one of the other choices is September 11th. (Continued in comments)
It should be illegal for men older than 30 to date anyone below 30. I don’t get why they can’t date someone their own age…
The day I realized that HR isn't there for the benefit of employees but to minimize risks & costs for the company, I felt like I had a much better understanding of the relationship and power dynamic between myself and the company.
My cousin recently told me I have no morals because I work in consulting. She’s in HR at an Amazon fulfillment center.
😂😂😂 Amazon warehouse HR be like hmm I wonder how high we can raise the temperature before people start passing out? Can we just give people adult diapers so they don't need to stop for bathroom breaks? If someone dies at work and there's nobody else around to see it, did it really happen on company property?
It’s kinda funny that this sentiment is universal. And by funny, I mean sad.
Bingo
You just also work at Accenture too 🤣🤣🤣
Whoa whoa, OP, can you elaborate on why you think my dept is useless?
