In Encora Innovation Labs, I am working as Senior Principal Engineer (Band C5) and after it's merger with Coforge, I am assigned as Engineer (Band 2.0). I suspect this is a very junior role based on my YOE. Should I negotiate this with HR? Current YOE - 15+. Also, what are my career prospects after this merger.
How is the current bench situation in Coforge? I will be getting released from my current project after this month and have an opportunity to join a new project. However, the shift timing is 12 PM–9 PM, which I’m not very comfortable with. Would you recommend joining the project for stability, or taking the risk of going on the bench and waiting for a project with better timings? Would appreciate any recent experiences regarding bench allocations and waiting periods in Coforge.Coforge
I am an ex‑employee of Coforge Limited. My last working Day in Coforge was 01-APR-26. I was able to download the salary slip for the month of March 26 but have not yet received the salary in my account for the month of March 26 even tough all my clearences are there for my exit portal . It has been almost 2 months since my LWD. I have mailed eexit.support@coforge.com multiple times but have not got any proper response. what should i do next Coforge limited Coforge Coforge ltd
