Has anyone registered for the duke energy flexible rate program? How was your experience? You pay a reduced rate and duke gets to control your thermostat during peak usage times.

    We have it. You can override Duke’s setting during peak hours.

    I will have to look into it. My usage is always below the average. My heat is gas, and my AC is usually at 76.
