I am a fresh Electrical Engineering graduate choosing between two career paths. Option 1 is a Data Center Operations role paying ₹6 LPA that is just 10 km from my home. Option 2 is a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role with Reliance Industries offering ₹7.5 LPA 2ndyr 8.88lpa and after 3 year 3 lakh bonus, but it comes with a high probability of being posted far from home at a massive, heavy industrial site where reliance provides accomodation.which option would you advise starting with?
I'm actively looking for internships in AI/ML, Python, and Data Analytics but getting my resume shortlisted feels impossible. Every opening has hundreds or thousands of applicants, and it often seems like resumes never reach a human recruiter. I'm honestly unsure where to apply anymore.
