What is Capgemini's Pip policy

Looking for some advice. I received an offer letter with a lower package than what was discussed. I was then informed that it would be revised soon and asked to wait. After a few weeks, I was told that the demand had closed and no revision could be approved, so only the original offer remains. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Would you still proceed with the offer, or treat the original offer letter as the only thing that matters regardless of later assurances?
If a person got joining bonus and wants to resign Capgemini before one year but last working day will be after completion of 1 year. In that case will the joining bonus still needs to return as resigning prior to 1 year completion or it will be considered as 1 year completed due to lwd is after 1 year. Please provide some input on this if someone faced same situation or is aware of this policy.
Guys, does anyone have any experience with Volante Technology, I have received multiple offers from Volante Technology (Principal BA), Capgemini (Manager), and EY (Senior Consultant), and Capco R2 (interview )is in pipeline, almost the package is the same.. not much difference.. Any suggestions, considering the market, lay-offs, promotion, appraisal.. which organisation will be better.. Profile: BA Payment domain Experience: 9+ CTC: 24-28 lakhs
