Had my interview at Capgemini last week. Didn't get any update, what should I consider? Is it like they have rejected hence not updating?. Or it is still I consideration?. Anyone who can help me to get result for that interview? Thanks in advance. Looking to get an update from you guys!

HclTech: 30lpa (Pune) 4. Cognizant: 24 lpa ( Bangalore) 5. IBM: 25.5 lpa (Bangalore) 6. TCS retention: 25.5 (Kolkata)
During the notice period is it mandatory to go to the office? If I don't go will I be marked as non complaint? Will there be any impact of fnf and relieving or experience letter?
It's been a year at Capgemini, and I joined as a Senior Consultant for a DevOps role with 7+ years of experience. I'm the only one handling infra DevOps as a lead, with a secondary person who's basically just a KT resource. Every single task on this project is urgent! For example, if they ask for an API or Lambda, they expect it done today, immediately or they escalate to my manager. I've been put on a PIP because I couldn't respond to multiple urgent priorities at once, leading to escalations.
How are Mainframe projects for 10+ yrs experience in capgemini ? Are they good enough for lateral hire? Also for lateral are they selecting for pool or direct to account?
