How much hike does barclays give on IJP from BA4 to AVP position? Do they negotiate as well?

Hi Everyone, I recently completed the first interview round at Barclays with a VP and a technical associate, and I was informed that I had cleared it. I then completed the SHL assessment yesterday and am currently waiting for an update. - Was there a Director round after SHL? - Has anyone seen candidates being rejected solely based on the SHL assessment? - How long did it take to receive the next update after completing SHL? Who issues Resignation Acceptance letter, my manager has not approved yet How to give this letter to hire Right? What other people did in this case ?

I know Barclays just provides the fixed component on the offer but does it also provide a joining bonus? Also, could you tell me how different teams are perceived within the hierarchy (generally is linked to the different pay at same designation)? Tech, Business, Ops verticals including teams within them.
