Working as manager at Capgemini. Got offer from Accenture for Level 7. 30% hike on fixed. But variable is 32% of new fixed. So, new fixed - 31, variable 10. Is it normal? Generally, what % of CTC is variable? And what % of variable component do people finally end up getting?

Can I say BGV is completed in that case? Is there any chance of offer revokation? My joining date is 40 days away

They have mentioned 3 segment in the reward portal. 1 Salary Hike - if anyone get it then It will be start reflecting in the month of June Salary. 2 Variable pay (Bonus) - Everyone will get it in the month of May salary. 3 One time Lump Sum - this amount will be credited in the month of June salary.

Very low you deserve 2 cr fixed 1 cr variable and1 bhk fully furnished home along with car and company driver. If these things are not paet of your CTC, than Accenture offer is waste. Don't accept the offer.
