Is CLA really all lollipops and sunshine like their social media makes it seem?
Who in the hell thought open floor office plans were a good idea? We were pulled from our WFH setups to work in an open floor plan. There is no privacy and I can hear everyone's conversations. How do you guys work yourself to the point of exhaustion and yet avoid burnout?

I’m on the younger side but have a lot of work experience so wondering if age will hurt me in future promotions

I second this
