Akshay (Bangalore ops manager) knows NOTHING about operations, can't speak English, hired just for being Marathi. He sells scraps for party funds—threat to company. Pune HQ unaware of stock variations & SOP negligence.

I'm a bcom graduate fresher and have completed practical training of sap fico, tally prime and advance excel and also have certificates of it. Im looking for an opportunity in sap fico but im not able get it. I have been applying in job portals but they do not reply and my resume is also perfect but then also they do not reply.
