I recently went through the hiring process at Deloitte USI for the Assistant Manager – FinOps AR role. Cleared all three rounds — Technical, Techno-Managerial, and Director level. Post-selection, submitted complete documentation via PHT portal and completed the Pre-Hire Survey too. Weeks later, was informed the role was no longer available due to a hiring freeze. An alternative was offered at a lower designation and compensation, attributed to an internal oversight. Has anyone faced similar?
