      Pros

      I like working at Work4ce. The owner allows you to do your work without any kind of micromanaging but if you need him, he's always available. He's also flexible and understanding of personal life things that come up. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      You wear many hats, which usually is great because you have a variety of different things to do but during busy times, it becomes a little overwhelming.

      Pros

      I have been at this company for over 10 years. We have a great team, each member has their own specific skill set that compliment one another. We communicate with each other easily and help each other out as needed! We have good benefits and holiday/vacation package and the hours can be flexible for a great work life balance.

      Cons

      None that I can think of! Keven McRae is great at addressing any issues that arise.

      They give you a fair compensation. They are very accommodating and supportive, if a change is needed. No unnecessary interventions.
