They sell a good product. All of the everyday office co-workers were great to work with. We often came together as a team to get the jobs done correctly and efficiently

HORRIBLE Senior Manager! The individual running the USA location works remotely (Which I found out on my first day or work) and has no idea what is going on with the day to day operations with the branch. There was zero formal training from day 1, everything I learned was either from the Sales Manager or from me figuring it out on my own. I was asked to do things without any guidance or formal understanding of how to do it. You are setup for failure from the very first minute you start work there. This goes for every single person below the individual in charge. If you ask for help or just simply don't feel comfortable doing a task due to lack of knowledge, you are looked down upon and told how disappointed they are in you instead of teaching you the correct way to do your job. These are some of the reasons there is a TON of turnover.
