Competitive pay, great benefits and exceptional work-life balance

      Pros

I've been with the university for two years now and transitioned from a different field into the world higher education. It's been a rewarding experience with very competitive pay, benefits and work-life balance. In many jobs today, you can't see or even expect longevity — that isn't the case at USC. It's a very secure environment where you feel supported and heard, a place you can imagine staying your whole career.

      Cons

More PTO would be nice, but it's very flexible.

Good environment and excellent colleagues to work with. The pay is coordinated to your own level and you do not have to worry about your career path since there is a clear future within its framework.

      Cons

Not so many cons for applicants who enjoy the working environment on campus. However, for people who aspire to a more competitive business world, this is not the best choice for you.
