I worked at Tufts Medical Center full-time for less than a year

    Pros

decent insurance, close to bus line (for now), basic hours with no take home work.

    Cons

Management plays clear favorites, even speaking in second language to lower level employee when badmouthing employees on floor. Favorite employees get to be off of phone and hanging in managers office, rest of team pulls weight. Second in charge does not know what she is doing, often puts her work on others who then get in trouble or encouraged to quit. Incompetence from the highest level, but management are professionals at letting others take the fall.
