Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at TriNet full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Pretty good money, great benefits, some amazing people, managers included. Culture was awesome back in the JB era. With WMC, it deteriorated quickly. VERY QUICKLY.
Cons
Enjoy stress, pointless KPIs, redundant check in video calls (5+ daily), and a "leadership" team that has no trust in their employees? This is your place! Major management changes in Outside Sales, Inside Sales (ISO) and the C suite. People are jumping ship to work for competition in an office while Trinet is still remote. If someone is willing to make the move from a remote position to an in-office role (with the same pay) during a pandemic, they can't be doing too many things right.

I worked at TriNet
Pros
Very structured work environment. No ambiguity.
Cons
Easy to get lost in the mechanics of a task without really every knowing why something is being done a certain way.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at TriNet full-time for less than a year
Pros
Pay is good, Benefits are great. Depending on the team lead you get, youll get the help you need. Good luck if your lead is motivational but not helpful navigating you.
Cons
Management - Team - No training - Nobody will get to you now that work has gone remote. No guidance.

"Micromanagement and Negative Reinforcement"

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at TriNet full-time for more than a year
Pros
Base pay was decent, Healthcare was good
Cons
Micromanagement and negative reinforcement with your job/livelihood constantly under threat. There is a reason why they're always hiring new reps (there is a revolving door like I've never seen) Examples: We had something literally called "micro day" it was not a joke or nickname, it was actually called that. KPIs were valued over actual business getting done. I witnessed top reps get yelled at for trying to submit closed deals at their desk rather than attend prospecting meetings. Success was 100% dependent on territory as pricing was competitive in some areas but outrageous in others. The difference in opportunity between territories/verticals was extremely unacceptable, but be prepared to be publicly stack ranked like your opportunity is the same. Your prospecting KPIs were always to blame despite 99% of all sales coming from inbound/referral sources that are routed to the same handful of reps.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at TriNet full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
* Flexible * 7 of 10 people culture also depending on manager, I have heard worse * Training is pretty good
Cons
* Very expensive * Too many cross-functional teams * Too Hard to get a deal to win regardless of solution, medical always comes back more expensive * Implementation can be a nightmare thus losing deals that were already tough to bring in. * TriNet branding is not a name orgs recongnise * Sales is very low for a tech company in the bay area

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at TriNet full-time
Pros
Good healthcare options. ESOP program. 401k match. Basically everything a boomer could expect.
Cons
No ability to advance into mgmt (Inside sales) unless you “fit the profile”. Leaders are micro mgmt oriented and petty. Numerous internal investigations (where there’s smoke anyone?) concerning harassment and discrimination. At least before you could sell and it was fun, now it’s almost impossible to sell and miserable. Technology is outdated and getting easily outpaced by competition. Most expensive option in our space. This will prob get deleted.
