      Pros

      1. Best place to gain knowledge. Only for developers. 2. As its a small firm, Employees has a scope to understand end to end flow of a project. 3. Recommended only for freshers. Learn work for 2 years and leave. 4. Good pay compared to other small companies.

      Cons

      1. Not recommended for experience people. 2. One man show by CEO. He will make you to leave company if he don't like you. 3. No training, No documents, No proper procedures for projects you have struggle to learn concepts. Recommended for finance background people. 4. Firing employees is very common in Surya. 5. If manager adopted to work for 12 hours in a day. He will expect same from his employees. 6. Mistakes will not be accepted as team. Blame will be for employees only. 7. They make you to leave company if they don't like you by not giving hikes, bonus and scolding for every thing. 8. Sales manager don't know how to talk with employees. Vulgar language. 9. Worst company for testers, functional people. (Fit for only developers) 10. If you are not a developer they will make you any work irrespective of domain like testing, implementation etc.,
