      I think the entrepreneurial culture fostered at the company by the CEO is very welcoming and rewarding. The company is always pushing forward with interesting innovative projects. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of very relevant and hot topics in data security and storage. Freedom to create and suggest new ways of doing things at the company because management is open to change and improvement. Allowance to be fully remote if desired is excellent and helps me have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes aiding customers who have been attacked by ransomware is stressful, but ultimately really fulfilling when we are able to save their data due to our backup practices. Feels like you are a superhero !
