Pros
I worked at several properties and everyone came together as a team. True caring about growth and long term career. Ever changing environment keeps you on your toes. Lots of opportunity for growth in each property and as a company with transferring.
Cons
Long hours and often six day weeks on the operations side. Continuous guest interaction can provide positives but mainly a lot of negative experiences. Got burn out dealing with being yelled at by guests daily. Salary is not great until you reach management level.
