* Behavior of the management towards the developers are the worst. * Never expect to get your salary on time. You might have to wait for 15th to 20th of the next month. Or even later. * Management will expect you to work without pay, outside of office hour on Govt. holidays (No overtime pay) . * Never expect praise for your work but be ready to take criticism even if your work is perfect. * No plans for any project, faulty to downright unusable resources (laptop, PC, internet connection, bad servers) but will be pressured to deliver by deadline. * CTO (Kazi Rifat Solaiman) has a record of trying to stop employees leaving the company by calling other companies and telling them not to hire people from his company. * Company has a record of not giving people their last months salary even if the office was notified a whole month earlier. * Last but not least, CEO (Mostahim Billah Murad) makes people from marketing department write fake good reviews on glassdoor about them.

1. Late Salary (Approx 25th of next month) 2. Weekly holiday only 1 day. 3. Lack of knowledge of management. 4. CEO is not capable to run a software company. 5. Some of the team leads are not that much expert to lead a team in a good manner. 6. No extra benefits without salary and festival bonus. 7. No lunch facility, and even there is no snacks facility also for evening. 8. No lift and office in 5th floor.
