Pros
Sierra Rutile is a great place to work full of ambitions. However, hate, witch hunting, gossiping and back biting are the orders of the day making it very difficult for really focus and determined hard working employees to successfully thrive to the benefit of the company.
Cons
To work here you must be someone who is willing to call red blue or black white, otherwise, you are always considered the bad person among the lots....
