An absolutely great company to work for. Offers work/life balance, professional and experienced employees - wonderful co-workers. The culture is great - very helpful and supportive.

The benefits could be better (as with most companies) - but they offer two different plans depending on your needs which is pretty good.

Cons
Full Politics, Company is with 4 managers and its their company and follows their rules. appraisals and promotions are managers based. Its not based on employee performance. Good to work for short duration. No career growth.
